Return Policy

At Itz Leg Day, our primary concern is providing you with products you love and excellent customer service. Please review our exchange and return policy below, and feel free to reach out to our team at support@itzlegday.com (Subject title: "Return Policy") with any questions. 

On most items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. Others have up to a 30-day window (see individual product for 30-day qualifiers).

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to allow us the opportunity to send you a new item in exchange for the faulty one you received, so you get a product you love. 

Return/Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, which should be handy in your email confirmation. 

**Please note, as many of our products are produced, printed, and designed per your individual order specifications, we are unable to process returns if the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color. Please be mindful that this info is input correctly as you place your order, and please reach out to us with any questions/uncertainties about order placement. However, we can offer a replacement order FREE OF CHARGE if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error or printing issues. 

Damaged Items & Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Initiating an Exchange/Return:
To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at support@itzlegday.com, Subject Title: 'Exchange/Return My Order," and reference the order & product of concern. We'll get in contact with you as promptly as possible to discuss your options or further action needed to initiate the exchange/return.
