Currently, Itz Leg Day ships only to U.S. locations. As you'll notice on our product pages, we often offer FREE shipping on orders over $50, as well as other shipping promos. 

Note the individual shipping estimated delivery times listed for each product, as they vary. Please allow for some leeway, as pandemic-related shipping delays have affected shipping nationwide. 

We are not able to support international orders at this time.
